SHIPPING POLICY
Price
e-Store listed merchandise prices exclude shipping costs.
All orders are subject to shipping costs based on best estimate to meet customer’s expectations.
Rate
Shipping rates are based on the carrier’s price from our facility to customer’s “Ship To” address.
Carrier
All orders are shipped using the best possible carrier per availability, order size, value, cost and destination.
Commitment
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of receipt. If item(s) ordered are out-of-stock, the customer will be notified as to when the item(s) are back in stock.
In-stock merchandise typically is delivered within 7 business days depending on the shipping destination and any unforeseen courier delays due to adverse weather conditions, labour disputes, system failures, etc.
Non-stock items will be delivered with a custom, special order price and commitment.
RETURN POLICY
If the customer wishes to return in-stock item(s) from our e-Store due to a defect, wrong size, damage, etc., they may do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of their order. Please reach out to us with any concerns so we can try to resolve any issues.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product is being returned due to a defect in which case a full refund or replacement will be provided.
